迈克尔麦克甘

Michael has over 15 years of progressive experience in the design of various transportation and municipal engineering projects, including design team supervision, preliminary and detailed design, contract administration and inspection. Prior to joining IBI Group, Michael spent four years as the Manager of Design and Approvals at the City of Cambridge where he oversaw the Annual Capital Infrastructure Replacement Program. Michael worked on a wide variety of 市政项目 including local residential roads, collector and arterial roadways, downtown core area streetscaping projects, trenchless watermain and sewer rehabilitations and Municipal Class Environmental Assessments. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by municipalities and the ability to truly understand the needs of municipal clients. With this experience he can manage projects in a proactive manner, anticipating challenges and addressing them before they become issues.
